Bartiromo reveals O’Leary’s retraction

Bartiromo, who showed O’Leary’s retraction posted on social media on screen, clarified that he had “no evidence” linking those opposed to massive data center projects to China or that they received funding from China.

Unlike Bartiromo, O’Leary has not apologized for spreading inaccurate claims about opponents of the Utah initiative.

“Who would want us to stop building the electric grid? Who would want to prevent us from having the computing power to develop artificial intelligence? What adversary would want that? There’s only one. And that’s China,” O’Leary said during an appearance on Bartiromo’s show in May, wearing a “Utah National Security” hat.
