Puyallup police are asking for the public’s help in locating 16-year-old Orion Castro, who has been missing since May 16. Authorities expressed concerns for his mental health and safety.

PUYALLUP, Wash. — Puyallup police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing and endangered 16-year-old teen who was last seen Saturday night.

According to the Puyallup Police Department, Orion Castro was last seen on May 16, 2026, near Bradley Lake Park. Investigators said he was believed to be walking home but never arrived.

Authorities said Castro’s mental health and possible suicidal thoughts were concerning.

Castro is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 120 pounds, with shoulder-length purple hair that has faded. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, pants and boots.

Anyone who sees Castro or knows where he may be is asked to call 911. Police reference case number 2613601680.
