Immediate delivery app DoorDash was unavailable to thousands of users on Sunday afternoon, according to DownDetector. Users reported receiving a “something went wrong” error message when trying to access delivery services on DoorDash.

According to DownDetector, users reported a variety of issues, including “something went wrong” and “unexpected error, please try again” follow-up messages.

However, most users report that these issues occur when they try to view their shopping cart. 38% said the app wasn’t working, while 17% said there were issues with ordering.

Hundreds of frustrated DoorDash users took to social media to express their displeasure about the outage. DoorDash has about 56 million monthly active users, nearly 60% of which are from the United States.
Many of them showed up on X on Sunday afternoon to complain about the problems.
