The Chipotle app appears to be unavailable for thousands of users across the United States. Reports of the problem began to surge around 4:15 p.m. ET on Sunday, with many frustrated customers taking to social media to complain that the outage was “ruining Father’s Day,” DownDetector reported.
One person wrote on X: “Hey chipotle, your app is down and I’m starving after ordering!”
Another added, “How’s the Chipotle scene going?”
A third user reported: “I can’t log in either. Just get the ‘well it’s just a pit’ message. Same goes for the website. Two of my friends said the same thing. Looks like this is a real outage.”
Another commented: “Bleu, I was just about to order.”
