PlayStation users vent their frustrations
Hundreds of frustrated users who had planned a fun Sunday afternoon game were instead left frustrated by the brief outage. They vented their frustrations on social media.
“The Playstation Network outage pisses me off because it’s a paid subscription and shouldn’t happen on a Sunday? What? Anyway, I’m trying to doodle even just a little bit, help me,” one user wrote.
“There’s something wrong with my PlayStation network. It says I’m online but won’t let me log into Final Fantasy XIV. I’m going to be late to my stream today as I figure out what’s going on. Either the network is down and saying I’m online, or my PS5 is just stupid,” another said.
“PlayStation It’s the weekend and the PlayStation network is down. Good job.” someone said sarcastically.
“For me and many others, the PlayStation Network is down. Although it says the service is logged in, no games can be played.” added another.
Sony’s PlayStation network has 125 million monthly active users worldwide, making it one of the most heavily used consoles in the industry.
