The 32-year-old, who will next perform in Europe in July, remains in Rio de Janeiro, according to reports on his social media.

The skit was filmed in conjunction with Brazilian YouTuber Iae Break and parodies an American visiting Brazil for the first time. The headline read: “Americans come to Brazil for the first time.”
It was unclear why the singer was traveling in a helicopter with YouTuber Gaspi and two other passengers on Sunday. As part of Tree’s partnerships with Latin American internet celebrities, it may film content. There are no posts on Gaspi’s social media involving Oliver Tree, and there is no confirmation that the two are indeed working together.

Initial reports said two helicopters crashed in an electric car park on Sunday morning after a mid-air collision. A fire broke out in the parking lot and 18 to 20 cars were destroyed. The Brazilian Air Force is investigating the crash through CENIPA and Brazil’s National Civil Aviation Authority.
However, a fire broke out after the crash, making it difficult to determine the circumstances of the collision and subsequent crash. Rio fire department Lieutenant Colonel Fabio Contreiras told CNN Brazil that the helicopter carrying Terry and Gaspi was found completely engulfed in flames.
“Parts of the plane are scattered hundreds of meters away, so the information we have is still very preliminary,” he said. “We really need to get the audio and video to understand exactly what happened.”
