
Seattle Fire Department officials picked up the man early Tuesday evening.
SEATTLE — Seattle emergency crews conducted a water rescue Tuesday night, pulling a person in critical condition from Lake Washington.
The Seattle Fire Department Water Rescue Team received a report of a person in distress near the 3700 block of Walla Walla Road NE near the Montlake intersection.
Professional rescue swimmers successfully rescued the victim and brought him to land-based staff for treatment. SFD officials said the patient was in critical condition and was transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
