According to San Antonio police, Joey Rodriguez fell from a car on the evening of May 28 and suffered a serious head injury.
Rodriguez’s grandmother told KENS 5 he was pronounced brain dead the next day.

His grandmother told KENS 5 he is still on a ventilator and the family is making final arrangements.
