Officials said the cause of the accident was under investigation but there were no injuries.
EVERETT, Wash. — Clinics are offering walk-in visits instead of drive-thru services, and there’s a reason why.
An SUV crashed into a doctor’s office in Everett Saturday night. No one was injured, but the building was severely damaged.
At around 5:45 p.m., the Everett Fire and Police Departments responded to a report that a vehicle had crashed into and crashed through the exterior wall of the Vera Clinic, a primary care physician office located at 4933 Evergreen Way in the same building as Claremont Village QFC.
Rachel Doniger, chief information officer for the Everett Fire Department, said no employees were in the office at the time of the incident and the driver had escaped from the vehicle when emergency crews arrived.
The driver was not injured and the cause of the crash is under investigation, Doniger added.
