WASHINGTON — Pam Bondi will return to the White House as a member of the artificial intelligence policy advisory panel, an official confirmed overnight, according to reports.

Venture capitalist David Sacks, co-chairman of the President’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology, announced the advisory appointment in a post on X late Tuesday night.
“Winning the AI race means not only defeating China, but also clearing the bureaucratic obstacles erected by state legislatures and politicians in Washington. No one is better equipped to support PCAST in this mission and advise the President on legal and regulatory hurdles than Pam Bondi,” Sacks wrote. “Glad to have her on board!”
