Vanessa Trump reveals breast cancer diagnosis

Vanessa Trump, the president’s former daughter-in-law, said she is focusing on a treatment plan and recovery with the support of her family.

WASHINGTON — Vanessa Trump, President Donald Trump’s former daughter-in-law and golfer tiger woods current girlfriendannounced Wednesday that she had been diagnosed with breast cancer.

“While this is not news that anyone expected, I am working closely with my medical team on a treatment plan,” she posted on Instagram.

She also said she underwent “surgery” earlier this week and thanked the doctors for helping her get through it.

“I remain focused and hopeful, surrounded by the love and support of my family, children and those closest to me,” she wrote.

She is now asking for privacy so she can focus on her “health and recovery.”

It’s unclear what stage her cancer is in, exactly when it was diagnosed, or whether she’s still receiving treatment.

Trump, 48, is a mother of five. She shares children Kai, 19; Donald, 17; Tristan, 14; Spencer, 13; and Chloe, 11, with ex-husband Donald Trump Jr., the president’s eldest son. The pair split in 2018 and she recently began dating Woods.
