Officers found a man dead on the sidewalk after reports of a shooting in an Everett neighborhood Wednesday night.
EVERETT, Wash. — A man was found shot to death Wednesday night near Everett, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.
Around 9:20 p.m., deputies responded to reports of multiple shots fired in the 1100 block of 120th Street SE, south of Silver Lake.
When they arrived, they found a man dead on the sidewalk with multiple gunshot wounds.
The Sheriff’s Office said deputies set up a perimeter and used drones and K-9 units to search for one or more suspects.
No arrests have been made.
Detectives from the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit immediately launched an investigation.
The Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office will identify the man and determine the cause and manner of his death.
