That was the only positive from the game. As far as our bowling unit is concerned, I felt I missed my partner Kuldeep tonight,” Axar said.On whether 155 is a competitive total, Axar said: “Yes, obviously. Judging from the wicket play in the first innings, we feel 155 is a very good score. But I feel we have eight batsmen, so we are 10-15 runs short.”“I felt the wickets were better in the second innings. To be honest, I felt the wicket-keepers played a role. When the wicket-keepers batted in the middle, they made sure the wickets looked flat. I still feel the wickets have something for the bowlers.”Talking about the batting conditions for new players, the DC captain said: “For new batsmen, batting is not easy. You know the ball stays on the surface. It is difficult for new batsmen, but once you are ready, you can take the game away from the opponent and a clear example of this is right in front of you – Sanju Samson.”
