However, the Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos Andrew Capasso, who recently commented on the case, revealed the focus of the investigation in an interview with KVOA’s Andrew Capasso in Tucson.

The number of tips about the case has slowed but continues to come in, KVOA-TV reported.

The sheriff revealed at an earlier news conference that drops of blood found on Guthrie’s front porch ultimately matched the missing woman herself. Still, further DNA testing is ongoing. Authorities also have hair evidence related to the case. However, it is not yet certain whether the incident is related to the suspect.
