Kirk was shot and killed in September 2025 while attending an event at Utah Valley University. While authorities have arrested Tyler Robinson and are trying him for murder, Owens has multiple theories about Kirk’s assassination. Owens asked numerous questions, some of which were about Erica Kirk’s movements and interactions before Kirk’s shooting.

Following Erica Kirk’s statement, news broke on X that Owens had retracted his remarks about the TPUSA CEO. However, the firebrand influencer has shut down these rumors, prompting Loomer to respond.

She was referring to a lawsuit filed by Kirk’s former bodyguard Brian Harpole. He had been in charge of Kirk’s security and was suing Owens for allegedly linking him to the assassination.
To which Loomer responded: “You’re going to be sued hard. I can’t wait.”
It’s worth noting that Loomer and Owens have long had a disagreement that has grown more serious as the latter has publicly criticized some of President Trump’s actions. Owens’ public criticism of the Iran war prompted a response from the president himself, who rebuked her and other influential figures like Tucker Carlson on “Truth Society.” Loomer firmly supports every decision Trump makes.
Lately, Loomer has been courting Owens’ husband George Farmerquestioning his alleged accident and asking whether he should be deported. Loomer even shared a photo purportedly of Farmer, although Owens tried to downplay the entire incident as an inconsequential car accident.
