Sexual harassment accusations against Lorna Hajdini
A former Asian colleague of Al-Hajdini filed a lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase in New York, claiming he suffered months of sexual assault, racial discrimination and workplace intimidation while working under her supervision, the Daily Mail reported.
The lawsuit was filed in New York County Supreme Court by the male co-worker on behalf of John Doe. Doe alleges that the misconduct began in the spring of 2024, when Hajdini held a senior position and Doe joined the organization as senior vice president. Doe claimed she was persistently abusive to him and used her power over his career advancement to force him to have sex repeatedly.
According to the lawsuit, Hajdini twice tried to have oral sex with him in the office, at one point saying, “Birthday for the brown boy? My little brown boy.”
According to the Daily Mail, Doe claimed that he was threatened with retaliation despite his repeated rejection of Al-Hajdini’s approach. After declining an invitation for a drink in May 2024, he claimed she warned him and said, “If you don’t fuck me soon, I’m going to destroy you… Never forget, I fucking own you.”

A male JPMorgan Chase employee was racially slurd and sexually assaulted
Doe claimed that during one alleged encounter, Al-Hajdini pushed him to the ground, sat on his face and made him suck on her toes. “I’m so uncomfortable, please, Lorna, please, I’m begging you.”
She made racial remarks and teased him, saying at least his private parts “didn’t taste like curry,” according to the complaint.
Hajdini allegedly assaulted the married male employee in front of his wife, whom he called an “Asian fish head.” He said that during a confrontation in the apartment, Al-Hajdini took off his shirt and touched himself. “I bet your little Asian fish head wife doesn’t have these cannons.”
Doe claimed that Hajdini admitted to giving him an erection-enhancing drug and Rohypnol (or “roofies”) before having sex with him. She is also accused in the lawsuit of using her executive position to gain unauthorized access to his bank accounts in an effort to track his movements.
The complaint includes two witnesses as supporting parts of his story, including hearing his objections during an alleged encounter, the Daily Mail reported.
