Video of woman stealing alcohol goes viral after WHCD shooting

In an unusual incident at the 2026 White House Correspondents’ Dinner, a woman was seen collecting wine bottles from a table after gunfire broke out at the prestigious gathering. Top officials, including President Donald Trump, quickly evacuated the area, while other attendees, including invitees and reporters, sought shelter.

However, an unidentified blond woman wearing a black fur coat chose to snatch the bottle from the table first. The incident was caught on camera, leading to widespread criticism of her actions. Since the shooting occurred relatively early in the incident, a large amount of wine remained on the table.

“So, members of the media stealing bottles: this is the media! Disgusting!” one X user wrote, sharing a video of the incident.

“Lol… to be fair… I’ll buy a bottle or two on my way out too,” another wrote, backing up the claim, while a third added, “They paid for the seats. The wine is theirs. I bet they’re starving.”

CAA superagent Michael Glantz also drew attention as he enjoyed a salad amid the chaos.

The attacker was identified as 31-year-old Cole Allen.
