Delhi Chief Minister conducts surprise inspection of Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital
New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday conducted a surprise inspection of Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital and took feedback about the institution’s services and availability of doctors.The Chief Minister directed the hospital administration to ensure maintenance of medicines, drinking water, sanitation and other facilities as per the summer season.She also interacts with doctors and hospital staff to guide the modernization of health services to make them faster and citizen-centric.“Our resolve is that every citizen of Delhi should experience a healthcare system that ensures timely treatment, availability of modern facilities, clean environment and dignified services to patients,” Gupta said in a post on X.She said her government is working hard to provide reliable health services to every home and make every hospital a center of service, sensitivity and trust.
