“Democrats are expected to raise questions about interactions between Warsh and Jeffrey Epstein at tomorrow’s confirmation hearing for Kevin Warsh, Trump’s nominee for Fed chairman,” said Scott MacFarlane, a reporter for MeidasTouch, a Democratic-leaning news outlet.

He also shared an excerpt about Warsh released by Democrats on the Senate Banking Committee.

“Mr. Wash’s name appears in Epstein’s files, and his financial disclosures raise additional unanswered questions about potential ties to Mr. Epstein,” the section begins.

“On January 30, 2026, the Department of Justice released a trove of documents, images, communications, and other records and materials related to the investigation and prosecution of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. 55 As multiple sources reported, Mr. Wash’s name appeared to be included in the documents. 56 Specifically, he and his wife “appeared on a list shared with Epstein titled “St. Bart’s Christmas 2010, and other guests planning to attend the island party. 57 An email exchange apparently forwarded to Epstein on December 21, 2010, noted that the list included “everyone” believed to be “so far.” 58 Ghislaine Maxwell – who was later convicted of federal criminal offenses and “sentenced to 20 years in prison for conspiring with Jeffrey Epstein to sexually abuse a minor” – also appeared to be included in the list. 59 In addition, Mr. Warsh’s name appears to have been included in an email with a list of individuals invited to attend the film’s premiere. 60 “Mr. Warsh “Jeffrey Epstein” and “Ms. Jeffrey Epstein” Ghislaine Maxwell” were also included in the list of invitees, along with “Mr. and Mrs. Donald Trump (Melania Knaus),” “Mr. and Mrs. Donald Trump Jr. (Vanessa Hayton)” and “Mr. and Mrs. Jared Kushner (Ivanka Trump),” it further added.

This is where Warsh appears in documents recently released by the Justice Department related to Epstein.

Kevin Warsh in the Epstein Dossier: Details

Wash’s name appears several times in Epstein’s files, along with that of his wife, Jane Lauder, the granddaughter of cosmetics icon Estée Lauder. In one instance, his name appeared in an email from American publicist Peggy Siegel.

“How many people are with you tomorrow? Do you know Samantha and Abby? Steve Cohen next door to Abby (just met him) and Larry Gogo next to Ile de France. Please keep me posted. Peg,” the message read. It also included a communication from Stephanie stating, “Please look carefully. I think Roman’s ship is bigger than Ron Perelman’s ship. Here’s a list of everyone I know so far. Please advise where and when screening will take place.”

What follows is a long list that includes Wash and his wife, Lauder. “House near Ile-de-France” is mentioned below. It also mentions Epstein’s associate Ghislaine Maxwell, who is now in prison.

“List of people Peggy invited to dinner with William Astor:” Margaux Rogers emailed Leslie Grove. The book was reportedly later printed and given to Epstein. The list also includes the names of Warsh and Lauder, as well as the Trump family.

It’s worth noting that several names appear in Epstein’s dossier, but not all of them indicate wrongdoing. The Justice Department noted that the mere appearance of a person’s name does not constitute an admission of guilt.
