West Bengal Assembly elections: Nearly 7 lakh voters added to electoral rolls days ahead of first phase of polling

NEW DELHI: Nearly 700,000 voters have been added to West Bengal’s electoral rolls ahead of assembly elections, officials said, but detailed population data is yet to be released. election commission of india.PTI quoted a senior official as saying that of the new voters, around 3.22 lakh people will vote in the first phase, while nearly 3.88 lakh people will vote in the second phase.
