Disturbing posts in a Facebook group dedicated to the Nancy Guthrie case have sparked concern on social media. Man causes stir after claiming he knows where Savannah Guthrie’s The missing mother is.

“I know where she is,” the Facebook user wrote in the “Missing Nancy Guthrie Discussion and Updates” group.
The criminal network shared his screenshot Post on Xwrote: “Nancy Guthrie – This person just posted in Guthrie’s Facebook group.”
“He lives in Carlsbad, New Mexico. It’s time to review him. Was he involved?” the post added.
Although there is no evidence that the man was involved in the crime, X users expressed their concerns in the comments section of the Criminal Network post. It has been suggested that one man had a lengthy criminal record, but HT.com has not independently verified whether this claim is true. It’s possible this person is just a troll.
One user commented, “He’s from Bakersfield, CA. 2nd degree burglary, arrested for auto theft, domestic battery, corporal punishment, strangulation and damage to wireless communication devices, drugs, loaded weapons, etc. I will definitely check him out.” Another user wrote: “This is my town! Let me see what info I can find on him.”
“He has a long criminal record. I mean long,” one user wrote, while another said, “Why didn’t he tell the FBI before posting on Facebook? He’s a troll. Report him.”
What do we know about Nancy Guthrie’s whereabouts?
Months after Nancy went missing, there has been no update on her whereabouts, and no suspects have been found. While the Guthrie family has been racked by uncertainty about the outcome of the case, her daughter Savannah has even previously acknowledged that her mother may be dead.
Savannah previously said in the video that she and her relatives “still believe in miracles” and “still believe she can come home,” and she also admitted her mother may be “gone.”
Although Nancy’s whereabouts have not yet been updated, some new notes A person claiming not to be the kidnapper sent conflicting statements to TMZ – once claiming she was dead and another claiming she had been seen alive in Mexico.
