According to Dexerto, Johnny Somali has been sentenced to hard labor in South Korea. On Tuesday, April 14, a South Korean judge sentenced a Somali man.
In his penultimate court appearance, Somali upset the judge, saying it was “unfair” that another South Korean streamer, Bongbong, had shared the same deepfake video he owned but still faced no consequences. Prosecutors recommended a sentence of three years of hard labor for the Somali, prompting his mother to file a petition asking for leniency.
