Posting a picture, she praised his life story, calling it inspiring and credited him with molding Dhoni into what he is today.
In her message, Sakshi reflected on Pansingh’s struggles and achievements, showing how much he meant to the family. She wrote: “From a young boy who bravely left his village alone… to building a legacy respected across the country – your journey is pure inspiration. Dhoni’s role and ongoing discussions
Meanwhile, discussions surrounding Dhoni’s role in the IPL continue. Former South African cricketer AB de Villiers suggested that Dhoni should be ranked higher in the Chennai Super Kings squad. “It’s very tricky and not easy. Brands are built over the years and CSK has built this empire over the years with the ever-present character of MS Dhoni,” he said.He added, “We know his batting is impactful, but if he bats that low and is not captain, it feels like he’s almost just filling a position for the wrong reasons.“I do feel that Ruturaj and Sanju are the perfect players to take over from MS (Dhoni). My only question is where does MS fit in and would rather be left out of the lineup if he can’t make that big of an impact at bats 4, 5, 6 at times.“Let other guys, maybe pitch and hit and have a bigger impact in the game, get in there and then MS can almost sit back and be a mentor and still coach those guys.”
