Four Texas teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of kidnapping and torturing a former high school classmate over a dispute involving one of the suspect’s girlfriends.Jose Rojas-Alvarado, Oscar Armando Santiago-Martinez, Angel Lemus-Perez and Carlos Roberto Oliva-Villeda, a total of 17, according to arrest affidavits from the Travis County Sheriff’s Office obtained by KEYE. Both face charges of aggravated kidnapping with a deadly weapon.The victim is a former student at Del Valle High School. On February 19, he was reportedly lured into a vehicle. He was taken to a nearby farm where a fourth suspect was waiting in the garage. Investigators said the suspect pointed a gun at the victim’s head while binding his hands, feet and mouth with duct tape.The teenagers then allegedly forced the victim to drink alcohol and beat him with an aluminum rod, a cane and a belt. During the attack, the suspect threatened to kill him and harm his family if he called the police.After being released, the victim immediately reported the assault to authorities. Police confirmed his injuries matched his description, with extensive bruising on his back, chest and legs. Some of the suspects admitted planning the attack days earlier, with one allegedly recording the proceedings on his mobile phone.Angel Lemus-Perez faces an additional charge of engaging in organized criminal activity. If convicted, the teenagers could face five to 99 years in prison.This violent incident deeply shocked the students and the local community. Del Valle student J’Kaideon Mitchell told KEYE, “I think it’s crazy, especially at our school. It’s honestly crazy how strong this guy had to be to report this and then survive.” He added, “Everyone was so scared… Everyone was like, ‘Oh my God, I can’t believe this is happening.'”Del Valle Independent School District said the suspect is no longer attending school and confirmed it was aware of the off-campus incident.
