The incident involved Frontier flight F92539, operated by an Airbus A320, where the pilot could reportedly be heard alerting ATC that there might be a bomb on board and warning a passenger that he was threatening to kill others.

Authorities later confirmed that police were investigating the situation after the plane landed safely at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

A recorded conversation between the pilot and air traffic control of Frontier Flight 2539 triggered an alert about a potential threat on board.

In the video, the pilot relayed that a passenger claimed to be carrying a bomb and made threats of violence. “A black male around five-nine was seated in seat 3,” the pilot reported to ATC, reporting a Level 3 threat.
