New details in Florida Joseph Dugger incident
According to RadarOnline, legal documents and interviews show that the now 14-year-old victim told investigators that she suffered “several incidents of sexual abuse” when she was 9 years old.
“Once both parties were covered, the defendant pulled up the victim’s clothing and touched the victim’s thigh,” the affidavit said, according to RadarOnline.
The girl said that after being asked to sit next to Dugger, he “covered them with a blanket” and touched her thigh before allegedly grazing her genitals on her underwear.
The victim also reported that Duggar’s “hands were outside of her underwear” and frequently “grabbed (her) vagina” during the inappropriate interaction. The victim also reported that the incidents occurred “several times” and allegedly made the child “confused” and “uncomfortable.”
Duggar’s accuser said Duggar “eventually found the victim and apologized for his actions” and then “the incident stopped happening.”

Duggar admits to having impure intentions towards minors
The child’s account recorded during the forensic interview provided enough information to warrant an arrest warrant for Joseph, the affidavit states.
Dugger also reportedly admitted to touching the child “over her clothes,” and later admitted in interviews with her father and a detective that his “intentions were not pure.”
After Joseph’s arrest, the victims’ families also spoke out against him.
Dugar’s wife, KendraThe 27-year-old was also taken into custody and charged with four counts of second-degree unlawful imprisonment and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. After being detained for nearly ninety minutes, she was released on bail.
Duggar, who has signed a document agreeing to be extradited to Florida, is accused of indecent and lewd conduct and now faces the same charges as his wife.
Class A crimes include second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree impairing the welfare of a minor, the Sun reported, citing Arkansas Code.
If Joe and Kendra are found guilty of these crimes, the maximum penalty for each charge is one year.
The remaining charges will bring severe penalties against Joe in Florida, The Sun reports.
The two charges he faces are classified as “life felonies” under the Sunshine State’s criminal code.
