New Delhi: Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) continue to face injuries in pace bowling with Indian pacer Akash Deep ruled out of the upcoming Indian Premier League (intense pulsed light), Cricbuzz reported on Saturday.Earlier, Harshit Rana was also ruled out for the season after sustaining an injury during the warm-up match ahead of the recently concluded T20 World Cup.KKR will kick off IPL 2026 on March 29 against Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The three-time champions will take on Sunrisers Hyderabad at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on April 2 before taking on last year’s finalists XI Punjab Kings at the Eden Gardens on April 6.
