SEOUL: Ten people were killed in a fire at a South Korean auto parts factory and rescuers were still searching for four missing people, Yonhap news agency reported early Saturday, citing authorities.Another 59 people were slightly to seriously injured in the fire that broke out in the central city of Daejeon around 1:00 pm (0400 GMT), authorities said.According to Yonhap News Agency, there were 170 workers in the factory when the fire broke out. One of the bodies was found on the second floor, while the rest were found on the third floor.Officials did not say how the fire started.Yonhap News Agency said that firefighters were unable to immediately enter the factory due to the risk of collapse. The building also contains 200 kilograms of sodium, which can explode if not handled properly.President Lee Jae-myung told officials to mobilize all available resources, including personnel and equipment, for rescue operations, his office said.
